Oh! This reminds me of the Oekaki programs I used to use. For example: PaintBBS. They're Java applets rather than Ajax, but anyway - best watercolor tool ever, better blending than what Photoshop and Corel Painter can do, imho.
Watercoloring looks good indeed. I just checked it out. Their UI can use a little lift though. :)
