Glimmer 0.5.9 Gladiator / SWT Display Filters / Custom Widget Shorter Names

Glimmer 0.5.9 desktop development library for Ruby ships with the following changes:

• Allow discovery of custom widgets without namespace if there are no existing classes with same name
• Add filters (global listeners) to SWT Display
• ShellProxy #pack and #pack_same_size methods
• Added Gladiator (Glimmer Editor) sample and command
