Talk Description: 

In this talk, we'll explore the source code of the Solid Queue gem and look at the lifecycle of a Rails background job. We'll look at concurrency, the interactions between the supervisor, dispatchers, and workers, and how coordination happens between them. 

This talk assumes you've used or are familiar with background jobs in a Rails application.
